The world needs more of those who are true to their heart ❤️Sometimes I think about the problems of the world and I wonder how there can be so many good people out there but yet we still have such a troubled world.Of course we know that there are big forces at play such as corrupt governments, institutions and corporations that intentionally create crises and suffering for self-serving reasons but what about the good individuals that, simply by poor choices, support or assist such as actions?Whilst we can blame those at the top, it is also us, as individuals, who at times unknowingly support the wrongdoings of these top dogs, whether that be through consumer habits, ignorance or by simply making poor choices.Each of us make choices everyday about how we want to show up in the world and how we choose to interact with the world around us. Are those choices really inline with our heart, values and make a positive impact on the world around us?I believe this is a question we always need to ask ourselves. I always know when I am about to go through a big

I always know when I am about to go through a big life shift.It's as if every area of my life suddenly starts to shake. The ground doesn't feel steady anymore and nothing is certain.Old wounds and traumas start to resurface out of the blue. It's as if my soul and higherself brings these things to surface to be cleared and cleansed so I can move through to the next stage.It feels like old layers of emotion shedding.This kind of shift can be scary or exciting. Although, I felt that oh so familiar and unsettling feeling of everything beginning to shake in my life, I didn't shy away from the shift that I knew was about to take place.I embraced it. You know why? I knew it was divinely orchestrated and was time for me to level up.The funny thing about when you spiritually awaken is that you never actually stop awakening. It's an ongoing process and the spiritual path has many twists and turns. In true spirit of Imbolc I came across these beautiful little snowdrops this morning.Snowdrops are a symbol of Imbolc and represent the onset of spring and the revival of life in nature.What is Imbolc? Imbolc is an ancient Gaelic festival that celebrated the return of longer and lighter days and the end of the cold dark winter. It's been a while since I have posted here and you

It's been a while since I have posted here and you want to know the reason why?To be truthful, I have been totally lacking any spiritual inspiration as of late. I feel as if I have had no words of wisdom to share, nothing inspirational or high vibe to say and nothing to say that would help others to connect with their Divine selves - something that Small Ripples is all about!The reason for this is mainly because I have been so busy trying to sort out the material aspects of my life. I have worked so hard on my Etsy store so now it is producing a good income and my other big goal that I am working on is getting my driver's license (living in London, it was never necessary to get one!). My next goal is moving out of London which I am hoping will happen in this, hopefully, golden year of 2022.Yet, all these things have meant that my spiritual practices have been a little neglected. (However, something I always do is tune out of regular life for about 5 minutes a day just to feel the Divine and to briefly remember that connection.)I have just not had that same feeling of alignment and attunement to Divine flow. The well of spiritual ideas and inspiration has been dry to me.And of course I know why. It's because I have not taken the time to connect, the time to be in nature or the time to meditate. Such is life.🤷‍♀️But that's ok because I have realised that the spiritual path isn't just about that. Of course it is a big part of it but feeling high vibe and being ultra spiritual is nothing if you cannot improve your material circumstances and build a solid foundation for your future.Sometimes you find yourself at a point in your spiritual journey where the need to be practical and grounded is more important than that giddy ultra spiritual euphoria.Even if I do not feel like I am one with the Divine at all times, I know that in truth I am and always will be. I also know that soon will come the time where I feel the call to dive deep into those meditative states again and to reunite with the Light of the Infinite Creator so that I may again channel that energy into this plane of existence. I am already feeling the call...
